When you submit a form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and website address you enter. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address, which lets us spot automated submissions without keeping the address itself.

If you email us directly, we hold whatever you choose to put in that email.

We do not ask for payment details through this website, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.

We use your details to reply to you, to prepare the audit or proposal you asked for, and to keep a record of our correspondence. If you become a client, we use the same details to deliver the work.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Running the site means a few companies process data on our behalf. Each one only receives what it needs:

• Vercel hosts the site and serves these pages.
• Neon stores form submissions in our database.
• Google Sheets holds a working copy of enquiries so we can track follow-up.
• Resend delivers the email we send in reply.
• Google reCAPTCHA checks that submissions come from people rather than bots, and sets its own cookies to do that.

We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the conversation they belong to, and client records for as long as the work and our tax obligations require. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Write to connect@devineedge.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you, and every email we send has an unsubscribe option.

This site is for business enquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
